The RESET Program is an accredited, science-informed micro-learning experience designed for employees who want to strengthen resilience, build coping skills, manage emotions, and develop habits that support well-being.
Participants begin with a pre-work onboarding module, then engage in five interactive, one-hour live sessions supported by practical resources. Throughout the course, they gain:
- Practical tools and strategies they can apply immediately to boost mental fitness and workplace performance
- The ability to differentiate mental health from mental illness
- Skills to reduce stigma and foster a supportive culture
- Habits for thriving in today’s workplace
- A personalized mental fitness plan using the RESET model

Upon completion, participants will earn an accredited certificate to showcase their commitment to self-care and professional development. They can add this credential to their CV or LinkedIn profile as evidence of their dedication to building mental fitness and supporting workplace well-being.

Course
Participants will log on for five live hour-long sessions, each comprising 45 minutes of instruction and 15 minutes for a question-and-answer session.
In between sessions, participants will spend at least 15 minutes per day completing practice assignments. Remember: mental fitness, like physical fitness, requires consistent practice – there are no shortcuts.
